Terms of Service
Last updated 14 September 2026
Kyara Lab is operated by Mycelium LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
What the service does
Kyara Lab generates images of a character from reference images you supply, using Google Vertex AI. Output is produced by a machine learning model and will vary between runs.
We do not promise that any particular render will be usable, on-model, or fit for a specific purpose. Judging that is what the review step is for.
Your content
You keep all rights to the reference images you upload and to the images the service generates for you. We claim no ownership over either.
You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload. Do not upload images of real people without their consent, material you do not have rights to, or anything unlawful.
We store your characters, references and generated images so the product works. They are scoped to your account and are not used to train models.
Credits and payment
Generation is metered in credits. One credit covers one standard image; high fidelity costs three. The cost of an action is shown before you confirm it.
If a generation fails, its credit is refunded automatically. If a request is identical to one already generated, it reuses the existing image and is not charged.
There is no subscription. You buy credits when you need them, and purchased credits do not expire. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to generate sexual content involving minors, content that impersonates a real person in a misleading way, or anything intended to harass, defraud, or break the law.
Do not attempt to reach another account's data, circumvent credit metering, or automate the service in a way that degrades it for others.
We may suspend an account that does these things. Where we can, we will tell you why first.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we depend on third parties — Google Cloud, Stripe, and Mycelium Account — whose outages become ours.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose.
Ending your account
You can export everything the service holds about you, and you can ask us to delete your account, at any time.
Write to hello@myceliumllc.dev. Deletion removes your characters, references, generated images and profile. It cannot be undone.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we will say so in the product before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
