Use case · Games
Everything a character needs before it is in the engine.
Indie teams need the concept pass a studio would do — turnarounds, faces, poses — without a concept artist on staff. Kyara Lab generates it from the character you already have.
What a game team takes from it
- Turnarounds
- Front, side and back at a consistent scale — the reference a 3D modeller works from.
- Dialogue portraits
- An expression set with the same face and lighting, for visual novels and dialogue boxes.
- UI cutouts
- Transparent PNGs with a real alpha channel, for menus, loading screens and store capsules.
- Silhouette check
- A solid-fill silhouette to test whether the design reads at gameplay distance.
- Everything, zipped
- Export every approved asset, the references and a character.json in one archive.

What it is not
Kyara Lab makes still images. It does not produce sprite sheets, animation frames, 3D models or rigs — it produces the references those are made from.
Generation is sequential, at about 30 seconds per image. A full sheet is a coffee break, not a click.
